You can return your parcel to us using a shipping service of your choice.

Returns from the UK:

To ensure your return shipment from the United Kingdom arrives safely at our warehouse without incurring additional customs fees, we need your help with a quick step. Since the UK is not part of the EU, customs would otherwise treat the package as a new import.

Here’s how to easily prepare your package for the journey:

The magic words “Returned Goods”: Please be sure to check the box for “Returned Goods” on the customs form (CN22 or CN23) that you receive from the post office or your shipping provider.
A small note for customs: Please also write the phrase: “Return of goods originally exported from the EU” on the form or the outside of the package. This helps customs understand that the colorful bricks are simply coming “home.”
Include the invoice: Please attach a copy of the original invoice to the outside of the package in a clear plastic sleeve. This allows customs to immediately identify the value and origin.
Well-packed: Make sure the items are securely packed in the original box so they arrive at our facility undamaged and can soon brighten up a new playroom.
Please provide us with the tracking number for your return so we can process it as quickly as possible!
