Returns from the UK:
To ensure your return shipment from the United Kingdom arrives safely at our warehouse without incurring additional customs fees, we need your help with a quick step. Since the UK is not part of the EU, customs would otherwise treat the package as a new import.
Here’s how to easily prepare your package for the journey:
- The magic words “Returned Goods”: Please be sure to check the box for “Returned Goods” on the customs form (CN22 or CN23) that you receive from the post office or your shipping provider.
- A small note for customs: Please also write the phrase: “Return of goods originally exported from the EU” on the form or the outside of the package. This helps customs understand that the colorful bricks are simply coming “home.”
- Include the invoice: Please attach a copy of the original invoice to the outside of the package in a clear plastic sleeve. This allows customs to immediately identify the value and origin.
- Well-packed: Make sure the items are securely packed in the original box so they arrive at our facility undamaged and can soon brighten up a new playroom.
- Please provide us with the tracking number for your return so we can process it as quickly as possible!
